Why a bra capsule works.
Most of us wear one or two favourite bras until they give up, and make do the rest of the time. A capsule gives every bra a day off between wears, so the elastic recovers and each one lasts longer. Every outfit also has the right bra underneath it, from a fitted knit to a strapless dress for the races.

How many bras do I really need?
Five covers most women beautifully. If you’re on your feet all week or exercise often, a second smooth or sports bra helps, and you can add extras in any style as you build.
How long should my bra last?
With good care and regular rotation, most everyday bras last around twelve months of regular wear. Hand washing and letting them rest between wears makes a real difference. Read our Bra Care Tips for more.
