Did you know?
All breast forms are eligible for the Medicare rebate scheme for those who have had breast cancer surgery, giving you a $400 rebate per breast form every 2 years ($800 for a double mastectomy). We complete the Medicare paperwork with you at your fitting and submit the claim on your behalf.
