Finding your FloFit is all about YOU. Our bespoke virtual fitting service is just that - tailored to you, your size, your lifestyle and your preferences.

Unlike department and chain stores, our sizes range from 6-24 bands and A-K cups and our focus is helping you to discover the importance of proportion, combined with supreme comfort.

If you are unable to experience our world class fitting service in our gorgeous Mudgee boutique, then the virtual FloFit session is for you.

FloFit brings the gorgeous Florence May Intimates boutique to you, making it comfortable and convenient to update your smalls drawer without leaving home.

Our judgement-free, expert virtual fitting service ensures you will never have to wear an ill-fitting bra again. Your expert fitter and Florence May Intimates owner, Simone, will be on the call to guide you every step of the way. 

How does FloFit work?

It’s easy and fits in with your schedule. Your session is private, tailored to you and available at a time to suit you. Just follow these simple steps. What are you waiting for?

Here's how it works

  • 1. Book it

    Click the BOOK NOW link and select a day and time that suits you and book instantly. We will send you an appointment notification and a short pre-session questionnaire to ensure we are ready with some options based on your preferences. Your confirmation email will contain a private and secure Zoom link for your fit session.

  • 2. Jump online

    Connect to the Zoom call at the date and time of your session using the link sent to you in the confirmation email. Simone will be ready to guide you and fit you by eye. Your fitting will be conducted in complete privacy from our end, ensuring you are always safe. Best of all, there are no confusing size charts or calculations to make, Simone will do it all for you! 

  • 3. Shop it

    With your size and personal preferences in mind, Simone will show you her bra style recommendations from the Florence May Intimates range. You will be able to purchase as many bras as you wish in your size in stock which will be sent your way to try on in the comfort of your home. Any out-of-stock items will be ordered and sent as soon as they become available. There will be ample time during the session to ask questions.

  • 4. Try on

    When your new bras arrive please try them on as soon as possible. Simone will contact you for a quick follow up session to ensure the fit is spot on and you are in love with the selections. Any changes can be made at this stage with exchanges possible on all purchases.

  • 5. Look and feel amazing!

    This is the part where you will wonder why you didn't find your FloFit earlier! Your clothes will fit better, your posture will be improved, your confidence increased and best of all - you will be comfortable all day long in bras that are expertly fitted for YOU.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is a virtual FloFit session?

We will need a minimum of 30 minutes, however there is always flexibility here depending on your specific circumstances. Try to make this time special for you by setting aside uninterrupted time. Perhaps add a glass of your favourite wine or cup of tea to set the mood! 

What do I wear?

If possible, please wear your best fitting, underwire bra. A bra without padded cups if preferred, but we can work with whatever you have available. You may also wear a light top over the bra - a T-shirt or camisole will be fine. You are covered at all times. 

What is the cost and do I have to purchase something?

Our virtual fitting service is $25 and there is no obligation purchase. We hope you select at least one bra to try as we’d love you to see the difference a perfectly fitting bra can make. 

Can I purchase additional items?

Of course! Our entire range is available to you at your session – we can take you on a virtual tour of the store! You are more than welcome to purchase matching briefs to go with your new bras, or perhaps stock up on shapewear, sleepwear, swimwear or absolutely anything we have in store (or can order in for you).
